Euro-Funding finalist in the SFS Awards

Sustainability and CSR are not only ethical values for Euro-Funding, they are also strategic. They support our growth, improve our market position and attract employees and customers who share this vision. Six months ago, we drew up a Sustainability Plan for 2023 – 2025 with the firm intention of making a significant difference to the environment and society.

This effort has been recognized in an outstanding way. We are happy to announce that Euro-Funding was selected as a finalist in this prestigious SFS Awards gala, where we competed with 64 other companies committed to sustainability and only 14 made it to the final stage. we competed with 64 other companies committed to sustainability and only 14 of us made it to the final stage.

The annual initiative of the SFS Awards, where the jury identifies the best projects in the areas of Health, Flexibility and Sustainability, is supported by the main national and international institutions and associations related to the world of work: DG of Family Diversity and Social Services of the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030 of the Government of Spain, the European Social Fund, the Organization of Ibero-American States, the Latam Leaders Network for Corporate Sustainability, CEOE, CEIM, the Regional Institute of Safety and Health at Work of the Community of Madrid, the College of Psychologists of Madrid, ESADE, the Inter-American Federation of Human Management Associations, the Spanish Association of Human Resources Management, the Fundación másfamilia and the Fundación máshumano.

This recognition received at the SFS Awards gala does much more than validate our efforts to improve, it encourages us to lead the way towards a more sustainable future. During the ceremony, we had the opportunity to share experiences, lessons learned and challenges with other companies that have the vision of a world that is increasingly aware of these issues. The gala was an enriching space where we celebrated the collective achievements of the other award contenders and explored new ways to make the world a better environment for all.

We are fully committed to integrating environmental and social considerations into our decision-making processes. We strive to grow as a company, but also as a brand committed to a sustainable approach. At Euro-Funding we embrace a sustainable perspective in all our activities and seek to lead the way in integrating responsible practices into our operations, as we are aware that our success and our contribution to a better world are intrinsically linked.

We can only be grateful for the analysis performed by our Sustainability Committee, The committee is made up of representatives from different areas and hierarchical levels of our organization. Sustainability Plan presented in May of this year, focusing our efforts on six main blocks, from which we will support our contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals; Responsible environmental management, Promoting internal and customer innovation, Strengthening the ESG communication strategy, Social community development and incorporation into the workplace, Fostering pride in belonging and improving talent retention. Each of these steps reflects our determination to be a responsible and environmentally conscious company.
