PARTICIPATION IN EUROPEAN CALLS FOR PROPOSALS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63aa819d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63aa819d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you want to participate in European projects and you have not been able to join a consortium in time, it is not too late to participate in competitive cascade funding processes that provide funding to third parties (FSTP).<\/p><p>The <strong>\u201cCascade Funding\u201d<\/strong> is a mechanism of the European Commission that encourages <strong>the creation and development of new companies and promotes their scalability<\/strong>, supporting new SMEs (including start-ups) or mid-cap companies. And all this, under the scheme of digital innovation.<\/p><p>The simplification of this instrument makes it more attractive type of funding for companies, as it simplifies the application and assessment process for applying for European public funds through projects already funded and in operation. They are therefore considered as processes:<\/p><ul><li>Competitive<\/li><li>Providing funding resources<\/li><li>They provide scientific \/ technical support to an existing project.<\/li><\/ul><p>In this case, a consortium of companies and research centres that have received a competitive grant from European funds for the development of an R+D+I project, manage a series of resources that can be awarded to third parties following a concurrence method known as Open Calls.<\/p><p><strong>Throughout the<\/strong> duration of the project, and based on the working groups, a <strong>consortium may decide what it needs to cover a type of scientific or technical need<\/strong> that cannot be solve by the constituent groups.<\/p><p>In this way, Open Calls are launched, so that potential beneficiary groups can apply to the project requirement in question and improve the existing experimentation and innovation capacity of the project, whether at the product, service or business development level.<\/p><p>The topics are varied, focusing on digital issues, but there are also open calls on Industry 4.0, Big Data, Robotics, Photonics, new generation internet, etc. At the end of
